I just placed an order, when will it ship?
It can take 2-3 business days to ship your order or possibly longer with a busy season.
Why are there certain styles of socks that are not available in all sizes?
We are an outlet store and therefore many of the styles that you see may only be available in limited quantities and may even be sold out in certain sizes. If you see something you like you should purchase it right away as we cannot guarantee that it will still be available at a later date.
Why are there no basic socks & tights on your website?
We are an outlet store and therefore only sell closeout items online. You can shop on our regular site, www.jrpsocks.com for all other styles.
Why are your prices so cheap?
We are an outlet store and therefore pass on the savings of past season styles to our customers.
Is there something wrong with the socks?
No. There is nothing wrong with the socks. All the socks that we offer online are of first quality.

Do you ship to Canada?
Yes but there are additional shipping charges.
Do you ship internationally?
For all international orders that may be an additional shipping charge of $20-$25 depending on the cost of shipping. We will email you the amount and confirm that you would like to continue with your order.
Do accept returns?
since we are an outlet site we can NOT accept returns.
